    I am very disappointed to discover that parking FREE for 1 1/2 hours in parking spaces in Montpellier are being changed to parking metres and will now incur charges when they come into operation shortly, the metres are already in place! And there are resident parking charges coming into place in areas of Cheltenham. Parking charges In the centre of town are £1.60 an hour, £2.80 for 2 hours and £4 for 3 hours no doubt these charges will be the same. This is not only bad for visitors and residents, but it will also have a knock on effect for businesses in the area. Please add your views on Parking charges in Cheltenham.
