Cheltenham Everyman is a central part of life in Cheltenham and needs local help and support. Please support this wonderful Theatre in it's restoration project.

The Cheltenham Everyman has presented every kind of play and performance for over 100 years.

The Everyman sells 200,000 tickets each year - it is much used and much loved.

The Everyman is the earliest remaining example of the work of Frank Matcham, the greatest of the Victorian theatre architects.

The Everyman has a glittering chandelier, cupids and painted angels, perfect acoustics and sightlines. It is nearly 30 years since the last restoration and there is much to be done.

During the summer of 2011, the theatre will have a complete facelift - restored plasterwork and paintings, new carpet, curtains and seats. The auditorium and foyers will be updated and refurnished.

We reopen in October 2011 for the Theatre's 120th anniversary.

The total cost will be £3 million.
£2.7 million has been raised.
We nearly have enough - so your donation really counts!
This is your chance to play a part - help restore your theatre and give the town the building for arts and entertainment that it deserves!

£250 to sponsor a seat or £450 for a pair of adjoining seats.

You will get a brass plaque on the seat of your choice to mark your
donation and this will remain in place for at least 10 years.

Your donation will be recorded in our theatre brochure and in the programme for the opening performances in Autumn 2011.

You can pay by cheque, credit card or spread the cost over 5 months
by direct debit.

You can also pay online or call the box office on 01242 572573.

While seat sponsorship does not imply ownership or reserved booking
rights, you could ask to buy the tickets for "your seats" when booking
for a show.
