Vision 21 Gloucestershire Vision 21 is a registered charity (number 1083642) which seeks to raise awareness of climate change and promote sustainability to people in Gloucestershire. Vision 21 aims to achieve this through supporting community projects, providing information, and organising events.

- Vision 21 Cheltenham Transition Town Meeting

Room TC002A, Uni of Gloucestershire Francis Close Hall, Swindon Rd, Cheltenham, GL50 4AZ
Monday 29th March 2010
7:30pm – 9:00pm
Talks and discussions on the Transition Town movement as a creative, community-led response to the economic and environmental problems that face Cheltenham. The meeting will be of universal relevance to everyone as individuals, householders, businesses, or organisations.

 

- Climate Change Speaker Training

Gloucester Guildhall, 23 Eastgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 1NS

Saturday 8th May 2010

10am – 4pm
Run by an experienced facilitator from the Climate Outreach & Information Network, this highly acclaimed one-day course is an informative and empowering session to enable those involved to gain the skills, ideas, and confidence to deliver a hard-hitting half-hour talk on climate change. Tea/coffee/squash and biscuits will be provided throughout the day.

Cost: Individuals £28, Local Authority £55, Charity £55, Business Employees £85 (concessions available). To book a place or to find out more please contact Rebecca Dobson at Vision 21.
